Richard Hughes
Creative Director / CEO
Richard Hughes began his quest for design excellence at Staffordshire University and Cambridge. Richard’s passion for design ensured that informal education was already extensive from his time designing while in school in Wales or with his parents in Nigeria, Africa.
His professional career began in the port of Dubai, U.A.E., working on key accounts including Ramada Resorts, Pepsi and a variety of Proctor and Gamble products. Richard also learnt from some of the world’s best designers while in the Middle East and was involved with the design and marketing of the Dubai Desert Classic Golf Tournament, along with the F1 Powerboat World Championships Richard has since worked in a variety of design roles in the Cosmetics, Music, Banking and Entertainment industries.
Richard founded Clear pH over 4 years ago and leads a team responsible for countless successful projects, happy clients and industry awards, including recent ADDY Awards at the local and regional level in all branding categories for 2009.
Jason Hutty
Marketing Director
Jason Hutty learned the value of understanding the client while directing golf tournaments in Australia. Jason began his career in technology and enterprise project management for the Finance industry in Sydney, and has a graduate degree in technology along with continued MBA studies.
Jason has focused on strategic marketing and IT based project management for corporate technologies and web. Jason’s key account and project management experience, combined with over a decade of marketing, creative and web design have attuned him to understand what the client requires AND how to make it happen.
Michel Fougeres
Web Development Specialist
Michel Fougeres stepped onto his professional path in the late 90′s, teaching classes and giving lectures about the Internet to corporations and universities in the Boston area, including Northeastern, Harvard Extension School and Radcliffe College.
His educational background is in two- and three-dimensional design, cognitive science and communication.
Later he took up the campus webmaster position at University of North Carolina Wilmington, and subsequently became the institution’s director of technology research and development. This is where he learned to lead, manage projects and incorporate change control processes.
Today, with 10+ years of Web development experience, he enjoys helping clients reach their goals by blending new online technologies in effective and sustainable ways.
Kaeli Ellis
Creative
Kaeli joined Clear pH initially as an intern from the University of South Florida. Her creativity and amazing illustrative style caught the Creative Director’s eye and upon graduation, she joined the Clear pH team.
In her first project with the company Kaeli helped create and illustrate elements for the Three Birds Tavern Branding project that went on to win 3 ADDY Awards. An amazing start to a career worth watching!
Kaeli has a great eye for photography and fashion. She has been a part of local fashion shows designing her own line of recycled dresses and her photography is often a feature on her popular facebook page.
Bobbie Shay Lee
Director of Foundation Development
Bobbie Shay Lee received her MSW from Florida State University, in Policy and Public Administration. Upon graduation Bobbie Shay began her career lobbying in Florida for TECO, Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas. In 2001 as a young cancer survivor, diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 25, it was a natural transition as she became a national spokesperson and patient advocacy for women’s health in Washington DC. Her political career later included campaign consulting and fundraising on both presidential and state political campaigns.
Following her politically focused career, Bobbie Shay returned to her original passion of non profit development and management consulting. Current and previous clients include HomeAid Tampa Bay, Florida Holocaust Museum, All Children’s Hospital, National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence of Tampa Bay and Enable America.
Additionally, as a former NFL Cheerleader, Bobbie Shay has worked with various professional athletes and musicians on foundation development, fundraising, and image branding.
